Keeps head up while dribbling.	Poor Student is looking at the ball.	Fair Students head is down looking at the ball most of the time.	Good Students head is up, most of the time not looking at the ball while dribbling.	Excellent Students head is up all the time.
Ball kept below the waist	Poor Student dribbles the ball high and above the waist.	Fair Student dribbles the ball erratically.	Good The student dribbled below waist with occassional episodes above the waist	Excellent The student dribbled below the waist
Pushing ball with the fingertips.	Poor Student does not use fingertips	Fair Student uses a combination of fingertips and palm	Good Student usually uses fingertips, but occassionally uses the palm of hand	Excellent Student uses the fingertips exclusively
