CONVENTIONS	EXCELLENT All speech and thought bubbles contain proper grammar, punctuation and spelling.	GOOD Most speech and thought bubbles contain proper grammar, punctuation and spelling.	NEEDS IMPROVEMENT Grammar, punctuation, or spelling need improvement.

The graphic novel consists of a minimum of six panels of three squares each for a total of 18 squares.	GOOD Either the Background Information Sheet or Plot Development Graph have not been sufficiently filled out and/or the minimum length has not been met.	NEEDS IMPROVEMENT More than one of the components are missing or not sufficiently filled out. Or, the minimum length has not been met. Or, the panels have not been made into a poster or booklet.
