Brake Job Evaluation
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Rotor Cutting	Poor Rotor surface is excessively rough and/or not true and parallel; rotor is undersize and was not measured correctly.	Fair Rotor surface is true, clean and cut correctly with a smooth finish but was installed undersize.	Good Surface is smooth and true; rotor surface has been cleaned and free of finger prints, grease and other contaminants.
Caliper Installation	Poor Piston retracted properly, but bolts left loose or otherwise installed incorrectly.	Fair Piston is retracted properly, but dust boot is twisted and bolts are installed properly, but not tightened to specifications.	Good Piston is retracted properly, bolts are installed correctly and tightened to specifications.
Wheel Installation	Poor Wheels installed correctly, but lug nuts left loose.	Fair Wheels installed correctly, but lug nuts installed backwards and torqued	Good Wheels installed correctly, lug nuts installed correctly and torqued properly.
