Short Story Performance Task 
Students will be scored on their ability to chose a character from a story read, how the character and student interact, how they portray their actions and thoughts, identify events, problem/solutions, character traits, and probable alternate story endings. Students' writing must be consistent with that character's beliefs, actions, and personality from the story they had read.
