Rubric: Assignment #5 - Social Equity
You are criminal justice administrator and have been tasked to present a training class to employees who have been identified by supervisors as employees who may be at risk of not following the ethical standards of the agency or those who have voiced strong opinion against equal employment guidelines, affirmative action procedures, or made inappropriate racial or ethnic comments. Your assignment is to present a convincing philosophy or argument to the employees so they will better understand why concepts of the social equity theme and the principles of a republic form of government are important to their work, their careers, and the community. In other words - why is social equity the right thing to do in a democratic republic? Your response should be double spaced, at least two pages in length, and if references are used, APA style should be followed.
