Organization and Structure 10 points	Poor Organization and structure are no clear. There is no flow or reasoning to outline.	Fair Structure of the outline is not easy to follow. Need to improve the flow of the outline.	Good Structure of the outline is clear and easy to follow.
Grammar, Puctuation and Spelling 10 points	Poor Outline contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors.	Fair Outline contains few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors.	Good Rules of grammar and punctuation are followed and spelling is correct.
Equal Partication 10 points	Poor The students in the group didn't have full participation on the outline.	Fair The students in the group had somewhat full participation, but not impacted on the outline.	Good The students in the group participated fully and had an impact on the outline
