Collection/recording of Data	Level 1 Student did not perform experiment.	Level 2 -Student did not tally their outcomes. -Student did not record their outcomes correctly.	Level 3 Student performed the experiment. Student tallied and recorded their outcomes.
Creating a Bar Graph	Level 1 Student did not create a bar graph.	Level 2 -The student's bar graph did not represent the data they recorded. -The student's group members' outcomes were not included in their bar graph.	Level 3 Student created a bar graph which represented their data and their group members' data.
Participation	Level 1 Student was continuously off task and had to be redirected by teacher on several occasions.	Level 2 Student was off task a few times during the activity.	Level 3 Student was on task the entire time.
