Colored Pencil Fruit Assessment using Bloom's Taxonomy Students will create a drawing of a type of fruit from different stages of disection. Assessment Grading will be based on 4-levels of Bloom's Taxonomy, listed below:
	Poor 0 pts	Good 1 pts	Great 3 pts	Exceptional 5 pts
Prior Knowledge REMEMBER: Exhibit memory of previously learned material by labeling different parts of the disected fruit.	Poor Demonstrates little or no prior knowledges of concept	Good Demonstrates some prior knowledge of concepts but has obvious gaps in comprehension	Great Demonstrates prior knowledge and understanding of most concepts	Exceptional Demonstrates thorough understanding of concepts
Creativity CREATE: Compile information together in a different way by combining elements in a new pattern or proposing alternative solutions.	Poor Presents current concept in traditional manner with little to no creativity.	Good Develops a way to present current concept elements, but not necessarily new or different.	Great Creates a different or alternate way to present current concept elements.	Exceptional Creates innovative way to present current concept elements.
Understanding of Concepts UNDERSTAND: Demonstrate understanding of facts and ideas by applying different blending techniques and coloring methods.	Poor Demonstrates little or no understanding of concept	Good Demonstrates some understanding of concepts but has obvious gaps in comprehension	Great Demonstrates understanding of most concepts	Exceptional Demonstrates thorough understanding of concepts
Computation APPLY: Solve problems to new situations by applying acquired knowledge, facts, techniques and rules in a different way.	Poor Computation is incorrect, does not lead to correct answer	Good Computation may be somewhat correct but ultimate answer remains incorrect	Great Computation is mostly correct.	Exceptional Computation is correct. No mistakes, all work shown.
