Crust	Poor Fell apart. Burned or undercooked. Doesn't fit pan at all.	Fair Slightly burned or undercooked. Visible Crumbles. Doesnt fit pan all the way.	Good Perfectly browned, firm, fits pan neatly.
Filling	Poor cheesecake sank in the center and is burned around the edges.	Fair cheesecake sank in the center	Good Firm and solid, but not burned. Not sunk in the middle.
