Volleyball:Forearm Pass 
9th grade evaluation on fundamentals of a forearm pass in volleyball. Students are Rated and scored on the mechanics of their pass, not completely the number of successful passes. Students are scored at 20 possible points.

Hands stay together, wrists are directed down toward the floor. Contacts ball with both forearms.
Advanced

Change hands into position quickly. Doesn't stand with hands together. Contact occurs between the elbow and wrist on the forearm.

Moves fluidly to the ball, contacts the ball in a low, stable platform. Is able to anticipate ball trajectory and, therefore, move into position before the ball arrives.
