Presentation	Poor The student laughed or fumbled through the presentation. The student did not speak clearly or loud enough for the audience to hear.	Fair Some parts of the presentation were unclear or not well-rehearsed.	Good The student spoke clearly and was loud enough for all to hear. The presentation flowed like a normal telephone conversation. The student included normal telephone conversation form such as by using "hello" and "goodbye."
Relevance	Poor The student went off on many tangeants or did not talk about unavoidable delay at all.	Fair The student stayed on topic most of the time and usually brought the conversation back to unavoidable delay.	Good The entire conversation was about unavoidable delay.
