Proficent Provided some evidence to support their side using at least 3 examples from articles or class notes.	Average Little evidence used to support their side using at least 2 examples from an article or class notes.	Below Average Provided no or little evidence to support their side using at least 1 example from an article or class notes.
Application of evidence Did you apply your evidence to show your understanding of the concepts. Connection of evidence to role in trial.	Proficient with Distinction Application was shown on all evidence provided.	Proficent Application was shown on 85% of the evidence provided.	Average Application was shown on 75% of the evidence provided.	Below Average Application was shown on less then 70% of the evidence provided.
