Recipe Conversion Recipe Conversion You will create a three to five minute video using your iPad. The video will be of you cooking a recipe using only a tablespoon-measuring tool. You must include the mathematical conversions of each ingredient to tablespoons. The process of dimensional analysis for each ingredient must be shown as an image. Grading Criteria
	Poor 0 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 4 pts	Excellent 6 pts
Mathematical Conversions	Poor 0 conversions completed successfully.	Fair 1-2 conversions completed successfully.	Good 3-4 conversions completed successfully.	Excellent 5+ conversions completed successfully.
Mechanics	Poor Proper language, capitalization and punctuation are not observed.	Fair Proper language, capitalization and punctuation may be used, but more than two mistakes.	Good Proper language, capitalization and punctuation are present with no more than two mistakes.	Excellent Proper language, capitalization and punctuation are present with no mistakes.
Organization of Video Content	Poor Sequence of information leaves out major parts of the recipe.	Fair Sequence of information jumps around or is not in the correct.	Good Information is in a logical sequence.	Excellent Information is in a logical sequence with many creative ideas.
Content	Poor Real world content is not shown. Student does not demonstrate an understanding of the mathematical concepts.	Fair Real world content may be used. Student shows little understanding of the mathematical concepts.	Good Real world content is used for each curse. Students show some understanding of the mathematical concepts.	Excellent Real world content is used for each curse. Student clearly understands the mathematical concepts.
