Studio 9 Risk Short Story Write a short story about life at Studio 9, highlighting or exaggerating the risks you encounter on a daily basis. What risks are there getting to school? Are there risks at recess? Are there risks in the science lab? In the gym? In the bathroom? Are there risks hanging out with older students? Are there relationship risks? Are there risks with modern technology, phones, and the internet? Think about all these things when you write your story. Content	Poor The story does not show proper or appropriate examples of risk.	Fair The story shows one example of risk.	Acceptable The story shows two or more examples of risk but may not have all appropriate or clear examples.	Good The story has a few clear examples of risk.	Mastery The story is fully developed with a clear beginning, middle, and end that cover a variety of student risks.
Clarity	Poor The story is full of errors and lacks clarity.	Fair The story has many errors that take away from the overall clarity of the message.	Acceptable The message is pretty clear but has not be properly edited.	Good The message is clear with few errors.	Mastery The story is clear do to an entire lack of errors to detract from the message of the story. The purpose and message of the story are eloquently developed.
Criteria	Poor The story is less than 2 pages in length, not in a story format, and/or is missing many elements to make it complete.	Fair The story is less than two pages in length and does not appear to be complete.	Acceptable The story is around 2 pages in length and has most of the elements for proper development.	Good The story is 2 pages in length and is well-developed, but is either missing an element or is not fully-developed.	Mastery The story is more than 2 pages in length, follows a creative and well-developed story format, and is not missing any elements to make it complete.
