Ability to Follow Directions	10 Followed directions to the letter. Used others for guides.	8 Followed directions. Listened to others around him when needed.	6 Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was productive, but didn't listen to the instructor.	4 Moderately followed directions. Worked at a pace that was not productive or did not listen to the instructor.	0 Did not follow directions for any of the task.
Level of Needed Assistance	10 Student was able to complete the task without assistance.	8 Student was able to complete the task with little peer assistance.	6 Student was able to complete the task with moderate peer assistance.	4 Student was able to complete task but needed major assistance from instructor.	0 Student was unable to complete task even with major assistance.
Stayed on Assigned Task	10 Student remained on task 100% of lab time.	8 Student needed to be reminded to stay on task.	6 Student needed to be reminded a couple times to stay on task.	4 Student needed to be reminded a few times to stay on task.	0 Student did not stay on task after being reminded several times.
