Fluency Reading Plan 
Students are expected to listen to and interpret a speaker's purpose by evaluating the delivery of the presentation. Students will speak clearly using the conventions of language. Students will continue to apply earlier standards with greater complexity.

Student did not participate in the practice readings with group. When listening for the keys to fluency and giving positive direction. The student read the words without feeling or cadence.
