Good Students showed understanding of the content and included mostly factual information.	Excellent Students showed full understanding of the content and included factual information.
Persuasiveness	Poor PSA was not at all persuasive	Fair PSA was somewhat persuasive	Good PSA was persuasive	Excellent PSA was very persuasive. Would make the audience think twice about drinking during pregnancy
Creativity	Poor Students were not creative in writing and presenting their PSA, using no props, and no voice inflection to persuade citizens about the hazards of maternal drinking.	Fair Students were mildly creative and used either props or voice inflection to persuade citizens about the hazard of maternal drinking.	Good Students were creative in writing and presenting their PSA, using some props, voice inflection to persuade citizens about the hazards of maternal drinking.	Excellent Students were very creative in writing and presenting their PSA, using props, voice inflection and passion to persuade citizens about the hazards of maternal drinking.
Time	Poor PSA was less than 30 seconds in length.	Fair PSA exceeded the allotted time limit by more than 1 minute	Good PSA exceeded the allotted time limit by more than 30 seconds	Excellent PSA was 30 seconds.
