Content	Exemplary Covers topic in depth with details and examples. Subject knowledge is excellent.	Good Includes essential knowledge about the topic. Subject knowledge appears to be good.	Fair Inlcudes some information about the topi, but there are some factual errors.	Poor Content is minimal or there are several factual errors.
Historical Accuracy	Exemplary All acts are accurate and all data sources are referenced.	Good A most of the facts are accurate and most of the data sources are referenced.	Fair A few of the facts are accurate and a few of the data sources are referenced	Poor Inaccurate facts and none of the data sources are referenced.
Origanization	Exemplary Organization is clear and flows logically. It does not seem too short nor does it seem too long.
