Upholstering Project Upholstering Project Student will reupholster a chair. Student will remove worn upholstery material and use it to create a pattern. Student will cut new material and foam for the chair. Student will reupholster the chair. Cutting Pattern	Poor Seams are puckered and/or stretched. the seams are wider than what the instructions called for. Students did not keep right sides together.	Fair Seams are wider than what the instructions called for but are not stretched or puckered.	Good Seams are a lettle wider than what the instructions called for.	Great Seams are the correct width that the instructions called for. They are not puckered or stretched.
Appearance	Poor Project was not finished properly. Threads were exposed. Staples not flush. Material not stretched tight.	Fair Project was not finished properly. Two items were present: Threads were exposed. Staples not flush. Material not stretched tight.	Good Project was nearly finished correctly. One item present: Threads were exposed. Staples not flush. Material not stretched tight.	Great Project was finished without flaws.
Time Management	Poor The student did not finish project in the time allotted.	Fair Student needed more than one additional day to finish.	Good Student needed one additional day to finish.	Great Student finished on time.
Clean Up	Poor The student did not help clean up the room on a daily basis.	Fair Student only cleaned up their own area.	Good Student helped clean up only after asked to do so.	Great Student cleaned up room on a daily basis. They made sure everything was put away.
