Grievance Processing and Arbitration Preparation
Through the use of a grievance scenario, the student will demonstrate their comprehensive effectiveness in grievance investigation, advocacy, and arbitration preparation. This rubric measures the students ability to conduct a grievance interview; write grievances; present advocacy arguments; analyze arbitration cases; prepare an opening statement and develop direct examination questions for an arbitration hearing.
