remove/replace all parts	Poor Did everything but 1 item correct and did not appear confident.	Fair Did everything correct but fumbled with one item.	Good Removed and replaced all parts in quick and professional manner.
adjust foot rests	Poor Adjusted correct but did not check to see if the legs were resting on the seat of the chair.	Fair Did this correct but took 2 attempts.	Good Used proper tools and adjusted so that the client's knees are slightly more than 90 degrees and the back of the thigh is not resting on the seat of the chair.
Check for fit	Poor Checked all but 1 area, but did not appear confident.	Fair Checked all but 1 area.	Good Checked all areas including width, depth, heights of seat, back and arms.
Measure for fit	Poor Took all measurements correct but took a couple of attempts and some time to remember.
