	Unsatisfactory 0 pts	Poor 1 pts	Satisfactory 2 pts	Excellent 3 pts
Neatness	Unsatisfactory - Writing is too messy to read.	Poor - Rhythms are crossed out or scribbled. - Notes are not proportional. - No bar lines are present.	Satisfactory - All three rhythms are legible, but somewhat sloppy.	Excellent - All three rhythms are very neatly written on a full sheet. - Nothing is crossed out. - There is a bar line every four beats. - Note heads are filled in. - Stems are straight. - Sixteenth notes have a double line.
Visual Alignment	Unsatisfactory - The three parts do not align at all.	Poor - The three parts align minimally.	Satisfactory - The three parts align for the most part. One or two beats are out of alignment, or one entire line is out of alignment.	Excellent - The three parts align perfectly visually.
