Team Cohesiveness	Poor Unwilling to help your team at all or get involved with the games. Unwilling to cooperate.	Fair Willing to participate in a small amount by helping, willing to cooperate a small amount.	Good Always willing to cheer on your teammates and help in any way possible. Always willing to cooperate with all teammates.
Communication and Inclusion	Poor Unwilling to communicate with team or players and frequently excludes others from participating. Makes disparing remarks about members of the team.	Fair Minimal attempt to communicate ideas with team with little attempt to include others. Says nothing when others are being disrespecful to teammates.	Good Maximum ability to communicate with others and find each person's strength and use it to be successful. Encourages all teammates to do their best.
