Artistic Engagement/Effort 1 pts Work ethic; the time dedicated to the project inside and/or out of class.	(O)Outstanding The student put forth extraordinary effort to complete the project as well as possible; used class time extremely well.	(S)Satisfactory The student put forth the effort required to finish the project; used some class time adequately.	(B)Beginner The student put forth little effort required to finish the project; class time was not used well.	(U)Unsatisfactory The student put forth no effort or the project was not completed; class time was not used well.
Instruction & Concepts 1 pts Level of understanding and applying media, techniques and processes used in sketchbook and project.	(O)Outstanding The artwork is planned carefully; understanding of all concepts and instructions is clearly demonstrated.	(S)Satisfactory The art work is planned adequately; understanding of some concepts and instructions demonstrated.	(B)Beginner The artwork shows little evidence of understanding the concepts and instructions.	(U)Unsatisfactory The artwork shows no understanding of the concepts and instructions.
