	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Questions	Poor The student wrote only 1 or 2 answerable questions.	Fair The student wrote several answerable questions (3-4) and used different question words.	Good The student wrote five answerable questions using at least three different question words.
Punctuation	Poor The student had few complete sentences and/or incorrect or missing punctuation.	Fair The student's sentences were mostly complete with some correct punctuation.	Good The student wrote complete sentences with correct punctuation.
