Volleyball Skills Assessment
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts	Target 4 pts
Bump (forearm pass)	Poor -contact on fingers or wrists instead of forearm -incorrect hand position (e.g. fingers are interlocked) -incorrect stance (e.g.feet are not shoulder width apart) -no ball control (ball is bumped vertical or horizontal but not bumped to the intended receiver between the cones)	Fair -contact on fingers or wrists instead of forearm -correct hand position -weight is on heels instead of balls of feet -knees bent, feet shoulder width apart -no ball control (ball is bumped vertical or horizontal but not to the intended receiver between the cones)	Good -contact on forearm -correct hand position with flat arms -knees bent, feet shoulder width apart -weight is on heels instead of balls of feet -ball under control (ball is bumped in between the cones to the intended receiver)	Target -contact on forearm -correct hand position with flat arms -knees bent, feet shoulder width apart -weight on balls of feet, bending forward -ball under control (ball is bumped in between the cones to the intended receiver)
