	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Organization Weekly Portfolio is organized according to teacher directions.	Poor Assignments are not organized according to directions. Less than 70% of assignments are present.	Fair Assignments are organized according to directions. Between 70% and 99% of assignments are present.	Good Assignments are organized according to directions. 100% of assignments are present.
Content All assignments listed on the weekly portfolio list should be present.	Poor Average assignment completion is less than 70%.	Fair Average assignment completion is between 70% and 99%.	Good 100% of all assignments are completed.
Accuracy Some assignments, but not all, will be graded for accuracy.	Poor Average of assignments graded for accuracy is less than 70%.	Fair Average of assignments grade for accuracy is between 70% and 89%.	Good Average of assignments graded for accuracy is greater than 89%.
Presentation This includes, but is not limited to, the legibility of student handwriting and correct labeling of assignments.	Poor Student improperly labeled assignment. Writing is not legible.	Fair Student properly labeled assignment. Issues with legibility of student handwriting.	Good Student properly labeled assignment. No issues with student handwriting.
