Tape One Transcript & Personal Assessment 
Students will tape themselves conducting a ten minute interview based upon their assigned case study with a fellow student. Students will complete a transcript and personal assessment of their demonstration of the skills in Chapters 1-3 of the text.

Student demonstrated knowledge of the Five Dimensions of Self in the Wellness Assessment and incorporated at least four of these dimensions into the interview with the "client."
Personal Assessment/Transcript

Poor

Student did not turn in a complete transcript, tape, AND a personal assessment.
Fair

Student turned in a complete transcript with the tape but did not identify both aspects of the personal assessment.
Good

Student turned in complete transcript with the tape, complete with a personal assessment of skills demonstrated in the interview and areas of improvement in the interview based upon Chapters 1-4.
