Voice	Insufficient The student's voice is soft and can not be heard by audience. There is no voice inflection.	proficient The student can be heard but is at times soft and not audible. There is some or very little voice inflection.	superior The student is loud enough to be heard and uses voice inflection to enhance his or her piece. The audience feels more connected because of inflection.
Body Language	Insufficient The student rocks, sways or leans against board or other object. He or she lacks practice or effort.
