Fair Some (6 to 8) of the required elements are included in the project as outlined on project assignment sheet.	Good Most (9 to 11)required elements are included in the project as outlined on project assignment sheet.	Excellent Scrapbook has all required elements as outlined on project assignment sheet.
Bibliography	Poor Biblography is included and contains more than 6 mistakes.	Fair Biblography is included and contains 3 to 5 mistakes..	Good Biblography is included and contains 1 or 2 mistakes.	Excellent Biblography is included and in the appropriate format
Attractiveness	Poor The project is distractingly messy or very poorly designed. It is not attractive.	Fair The project is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.	Good The project is attractive in terms of design, layout and neatness.	Excellent The project is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.
Creativity	Poor There is little evidence of creativity in the project. The author does not seem to have used much imagination.	Fair The project contains a few creative details and/or descriptions, but they distract from the project.
