Student's foot goes between 6-10 degrees behind them. There is slight arm swing and little foot plant.

Student's leg is bent at the knee and arm swing helps with the distance of the kick. There is visable foot plant and little follow through with the leg.
Thorough/Advanced

Student's leg is bent at the knee before kick. Arm action is contralateral and helps with the force of the kick. There is visable foot plant and follow through with the leg.
Passing the ball to a Partner

Minimal

Student passes the ball with their toes and "pushes" the ball rather than kicks the ball. The ball goes nowhere near the target. The ball bounces for most of the pass.
Partial

Student passes the ball with their toes and "pushes" the ball rather than kicks the ball. The ball goes toward the target but is off by a few feet. The ball bounces for most of the pass.
Acceptable

Student passes the ball within a foot to their partner. Student sometimes uses the inside of their foot. Ball bounces on the ground through some of the pass.
Thorough/Advanced

Student passes the ball right on target (making it so that the partner does not have to move). Student uses the inside of their foot. Ball does not leave the ground.
Student has a positive attitude

Minimal

Student yells at other students and tells them they are no good. Student kicks the ball at others and has a negative attitude toward others and themselves.
Partial

Student disrespects other students and is down on themselves, however, they do participate.
Acceptable

Student encourages others, however, is a little negative toward themselves. They listen to others when they are talking.
Thorough/Advanced

Student encourages others and themselves. They make sure to listen to the teacher and others in a respectiable mannor.
Position role play

Minimal

Does not stay in position, shows little or no understanding of position role.
Partial

Shows a little understanding of position role but does not stay in position must of the time.
Acceptable

Shows understanding of the position role, stays in position mostly but still lacks full proper execution of the position role.
Thorough/Advanced

Shows complete understanding of the position role, stays in position and executes positions roles.
