Two handed shot both hands on the side slightly behind the ball. The shot starts from the chest and finish about eye level. The ball travels flat or on a slight arch. The knees bend slightly but feet do not leave the floor.
Fair

Two hands still behind the ball but the shot is starts above the head. A greater arch is present than before. The knees bend slightly going into a slight jump. The hands follow through the ball.
Good

The hands have now shifted with the dominant hand directly behind the ball and the other hand along the side of the ball. The knees bend into a slight jump. There is an arch in the shot.
driblbling

Poor

Student must remain stationary in order to maintain the dribble. The student uses both hands at the same time to dribble.
Fair

The student can dribble while in motion. The student can use their dominant hand but maybe not able to use their non-dominant hand.
Good

The student can jog while dribbling the ball. They are capable of using either hand and only bring the ball up to their hip level.
Lay Up

Poor

The student jumped off wrong foot and used wrong hand to shoot the ball.
Fair

The student jumped off wrong foot but used correct hand to shoot the ball.
Good

The student jumped off of the correct foot and used the correct hand to shoot the lay up.
Participation

Poor

The student did not participate to the best of his or her ability.
Fair

The student showed willingness to participate some of the time.
Good

The student participated to the best of his ability throughout the activity.
