Catagory Labels	Poor It's difficult to locate sections because the labels are not present.	Fair The labels are visible but the labels are not easy to read or not visible.	Good The labels are easy to read and find the sections can be easily found.
Section organization	Poor The sections are haphazardly put together without reason.	Fair The sections are organized for the most part with a few that are out of order.	Good The sections are organized similar to the text book with like items near each other for easy reference. For instance, yeast breads are near quick breads, cakes are near icings, etc.
Formula Placement (Recipe)	Poor The recipes are placed in incorrect sections without reason.	Fair Some are placed correctly and some are not.	Good The formulas are placed in the correct category making it easy to locate when needed. For instance Carrot Cake is under "Cakes"
Numbered pages	Poor Most of the formulas are not on a numbered page.	Fair Most, but not all, of the formulas are on a numbered page.	Good The formulas are on a numbered page.
Content page	Poor Few or no formulas are listed on the content page.	Fair Most formulas are listed on the content page and are numbered.	Good All of the formulas are listed on the content page and are numbered.
