Organization	Poor Lack of organization is so severe that it completely interferes with comprehension of the text.	Fair Lack of organization causes disruption in reading and mildly interferes with comprehension of the text.	Good Shows a well-planned story. Sequencing is apparent. Minimal use of time order words is present.	Excellent Shows a carefully organized story. Sequence is apparent and time order words are used throughout the narrative.
Voice	Poor Unclear who is telling the story, first person/third person.	Fair May not connect with the idea of personification and voice is unclear.
