Attempts to throw but demonstrates none of the proper mechanics or form, including, but not limited to (backhand)
1) the Frisbee gripped with 3-4 fingers,
2) the Frisbee beginning across the body,
3) the Frisbee aimed toward the receiver,
4) step with the same foot,
5) release when the hand is pointed at the target.

5) release when the hand is pointed at the target.

Attempts to throw and demonstrates most of the proper mechanics or form, including, but not limited to
1) the Frisbee gripped with 3-4 fingers,
2) the Frisbee beginning across the body,
3) the Frisbee aimed toward the receiver,
4) step with the same foot,
5) release when the hand is pointed at the target.

Attempts to throw and demonstrates all of the proper mechanics or form, including,
1)Correct grip
2) the Frisbee beginning across the body,

Does not communicate with teammates, lacks cooperation with teammates, does not call for the frisbee, & acts negatively towards teammates.

Occasionally communicates with teammates, cooperates with teammates, occasionally calls for frisbee, rarely assists teammates.

Communicates with teammates regularly, cooperates & occasionally strategizes with teammates, often times calls for frisbee, occasionally assists teammates & calls hits in and out.

Encourages & initiates communication, cooperates & strategizes with teammates, aggressively calls for frisbee, assists teammates, helps call plays and strategizes
