Self-Advocacy/Listening
	Needs constant adult prompts and reminders or doesn't do it. 1 pts	Inconsistent responses and reactions. Adults intermittently intervene. 2 pts	Somwhat consistent, may need visual support but minimal cues. 3 pts	Adult cues are similar to peers. 4 pts
Asking for help Initiate asking for help when he/she needs assistance on classwork by completing what he/she does know, raising his/her hand, and then asking for adult assistance if he/she is still stuck.	1	2	3	4
Informational Questions Student will follow the agreed-upon rules for listening (e.g., eyes on speaker, body facing speaker, calm body, thinking about what the speaker is talking about) as demonstrated by his ability to ask and answer questions about information presented by the speaker.	1	2	3	4
