Literary Playlist Rubric Literary Playlist Rubric For this assignment, you will create a playlist for your novel by choosing eight (6) songs that you feel would best thematically complement the novel. Each of the songs should complement one area of the plot. Presentation skills	Excellent Student is articulate. Offers clear , strong voice while presenting using inflection and tone and uses appropriate eye contact. Practice is evident.	Good Student has a strong voice and is able to present the information clearly. Eye contact is used. Practice is evident.	Fair Students voice is not clear, or strong enough for the audience to follow. Eye contact is not used. Needs more practice.	Poor Student has trouble being up and presenting. Needs to practice more.
Song Explanation Requirements	Excellent Student wrote five to eight sentences for each song explaining why the song was chosen.	Good Student wrote four incomplete sentences or two complete sentences for each song explaining why the song was chosen.	Fair Student wrote three incomplete sentences for each song explaining why the song was chosen OR only explained some of the song choices.	Poor Student wrote two or less sentences for each song that briefly explained why each song was chosen OR only explained some of the song choices.
