Content-2 5 pts Language usage	Good Very competent with language usage.	Average Adequate use of language.	Poor Language usage needed a lot of improvement.
Delivery-1 5 pts Eye contact	Good Very effective eye contact.	Average Adequate use of eye contact. Majority of the time the speaker looked at the audience.	Poor Speaker greatly needs to improve with eye contact. Either read speech or didn't look at the audience the majority of the time.
