Recognizing communication cues

Unaware when others are sending communication cues (body language, tone, word choices) that call for response.

Aware of some communication cues but tend to fall into fight or flight responses (fight: disagree, blame others; flight: ignore or talk behind a person's back)
Good
Aware of communication cues and able to interpret cures for an appropriate response to increase communication. Willing to ask others for clarification if a cue is ambiguous.
