State Brochure 
Students are required to actively create a brochure of the state of Michigan. They are to include a map of Michigan that clearly labels some of the rivers and cities of the state using the internet resource. They are to display the stat name, capital, three other cities, along with a place of interest, historical facts, and something unique about the state. In the end the student will create a creative brochure of Michigan that presents the facts listed above. They will do all of this in a timely manner and will stay focused when working in class.
