Draw My Demonstration Students are required to draw a picture of the demonstration performed by the instructor at the beginning of a food cooking lab. The picture should have the following details; a picture of the types of equipment, & utensils used for the demonstration, a picture of all the ingredients, and a drawn picture or written description of the mixing technique or techniques used for the demonstration. There is no doubt in any one's mind what the picture depicts.
Illustrate Ingredients List	Poor Student has no list or picture of the ingredients used in the product.	Fair Student has a partial list of the ingredients used. Some amounts are listed, but the total list is incomplete.	Good The ingredients list is complete with the correct amounts of the ingredients recorded in the picture.
Mixing method and order of events	Poor Student has no picture showing order of events or mixing techniques	Fair Student has most of the mixing techniques and most of the order of events drawn or described in writing. Order of events may be incomplete or inaccurate.	Good Student has all the mixing techniques and the correct order of events drawn or described in writing. The order of events is complete and accurate.
Neatness of drawing	Poor Student has very little drawn and work quality is poor	Fair Student has done a satisfactory job drawing the illustration, picture is neat, but has some flaws.	Good Picture is well drawn with details depicted. Picture is neat with few errors.
