Hand Positioning

Beginner

Only one hand is usually on the stick. The stick is dropped several times.
Improving

Occasionally there is only one hand on the stick. Both hand are placed closely together like baseball.

Two hands are almost always on the stick. Hands are spaced out all the time.

Two hands are always on the stick. Hands separate when appropriate.

Player just "rakes" the ball towards the target, not picking the ball up.
