Italy Research Topic Recipe Overview Each foods lab group will present an overview of a topic relevant to Italian Food. Lab members will work together to research the required information utilizing their laptops in class. Developing Little confidence is presented during the reading. Volume of voice is either too loud or too soft. Very little eye contact evidenced during reading. Includes some relationship and purpose to hit of study.	Acomplished Presented to class with some confidence. Volume of voice mostly appropriate. Some eye contact is made during the reading. Mostly includes relationship and purpose to unit of study.	Exemplary Well spoken, clear, and read to class with confidence. Volume of voice appropriate. Eye contact made during the reading. Includes relationship and purpose to unit of study.
Team Work	Beginning Students were not actively engaging with each other despite partners attempts. Or partners were observed as being off task for more then 50% of the activity	Developing Students were observed engaging in discussion and the activity passively or we observed as being off task for 25% -49%	Acomplished Students were engaged in the process but not actively challenging each other to think deeper.
