Anti-Bullying Message	Poor Anti-Bullying message was not clear; confusing. There was not a resolution or solution to the bullying problem or the bullying problem was not clearly stated.	Fair Anti-Bullying message was understood (perhaps implied), but did not come to a resolution. There was still some confusion.	Good Anti-Bullying message was clear and there was resoltuion at the end of the cartoon.
Characters	Poor Characters were not developed well. Even at the end of the cartoon, we did not understand the names of the characters or their role in the cartoon.	Fair Characters were developed satisfactorily and we understood the role of each character.	Good Characters were depicted with clarity. We understood the role of each character.
Plot	Poor The plot of the cartoon was not clear. We did not understand the setting, the problem or the resolution to the bullying problem.	Fair The plot of the cartoon was bascially understood even though there might have been a little confusion. The setting and resolution to the bullying problem was not apparent.	Good The plot was clear and concise. We understood the setting and there was a clear climax and resolution to the problem.
Conventions	Poor Numerous spelling and grammatical errors. Hard to read.	Fair A few spelling and grammatical errors, but the message was still understood.	Good No spelling or grammatical errors. Message was understod.
