Completeness	Poor Although there is evidence of work being done, The notebook does not display all required items.	Fair The student has made an attempt to do the assignments, but the notebook is not complete and/or lack depth.	Great The overall Notebook is good. The student has completed all notes within each foldable.
Neatness/Ogranization	Poor The Notebook is sloppy. The student will have great difficulty identifying items when studying.	Fair The Notebook is nice, but could be neater. Labels are minimal. Notes are not glued in the right spot, or are not completely glued and falling apart.	Great The notebook is neat enough for the student to identify each assignment and notes included. The Notebook is organized and neat. All foldables are in the appropriate part of the folder.
Punctuality/Effort	Poor Notebook was incomplete with minimal work shown on assignments.	Fair Notebook was very vague with little effort put into having accurate information.	Great Notebook was nicely completed on time. The notebook shows clear effort.
