Simile and Metaphor Posters 
This rubric is what I will use to grade my students' posters that they have been assigned to create about similes and metaphors. It lays out how everything should look and what my expectations are for the final product.

Presentation of Posters

Poor

Neither of the posters were completed or presented to the class.
Fair

Only one poster was presented to the class (because the other was not completed) in a clear way with a loud voice.
Good

Both posters are presented to the class but not clearly and it is hard to hear the presenters.

Only one partner spoke.
Excellent

Both posters are presented clearly to the class in a loud voice and both partners contribute to explaining the posters.
