Content	Level 1 Students demonstrate little to no understanding of the issues relating to the need for alternative or renewable energy sources.	Level 2 Students demonstrate some understanding of the issues relating to the need for alternative or renewable energy sources.	Level 3 Students demonstrate a good understanding of the issues relating to the need for alternative or renewable energy sources.	Level 4 Students demonstrate an excellent understanding of the issues relating to the need for alternative or renewable energy sources.
Creativity	Level 1 Students displayed little to no creativity. Enhancement not used effectively or at all.	Level 2 Students displayed some creativity . At least one enhancement is used to create audience engagement.	Level 3 PSA is creative and audience members are engaged most of the time. Students have included at least two enhancement (tagline/slogan or song etc.).	Level 4 PSA is very creative. Students have included more than two enhancements (taglines/slogans or song, music, props, animation) to help engage audience.
Class Work/Presentation	Level 1 Students did not use class time effectively. PSA is not long enough to be effective.	Level 2 Students used class time effectively most of the time. PSA was less than 10 seconds long.	Level 3 Students were prepared and used class time effectively. PSA was 10-20 seconds long.	Level 4 Students were extremely productive at all times.
