	Fair Re-teaching needed 70 pts	Good Needs review 85 pts	Excellent Shows understanding. 100 pts
Pre Test Handout before teaching	Fair Student did not finish the worksheet. Work was sloppy. Student shows no understanding of time of day, or reading time.	Good Student has some understanding the three different ways to tell time. Knows that AM and PM are times of day ,but makes mistakes.	Excellent Student can read, write, and tell time using AM and PM.
Post Test Handout Student will tell time using an analog, digital, and writing the time.	Fair Student shows no understanding of time of day, or telling time.	Good Student has some understanding the three different ways to tell time. Knows that AM and PM are times of day ,but makes mistakes.	Excellent Student can read, write, and tell time using AM and PM.
Understanding AM or PM when telling With the time is written and student must write the time adding AM or PM.	Fair Student has little understanding of AM or PM when telling time.	Good Student shows some understanding, has trouble understanding that afternoon is in the PM.	Excellent Student can write the time using AM and PM.
