Outline/ Organization

The Outline is not organized. . The hand writing is hard to read. The outline obviously distracted speaker due to lack of organization.
Fair
The outline was not very organized. Had the majority of required material but was not easily identifiable to speaker.
Good
The outline was organized. The speaker was able to use the outline without too many distractions. May not have coloring or bold lettering to help distinguish each area.
Excellent
The outline was extremely organized and easy for the speaker to follow. Had color coordination and use of all caps or bold lettering. All components of speech are present.
