The rubric should consider the performance of the group as a whole, as well as individual contributions to the content and the works cited. Group Presentation Rubric

Organization	Excellent Presentation was very organized and very easy to follow. Transitions between group members were well planned and executed cleanly.	Good Presentation was fairly organized and pretty easy to follow. Transitions might have been slightly discontinuous but did not greatly take away from the overall presentation.	Fair Presentation was not clearly organized. Transitions between members were jumpy or awkward.	Poor Presentation lacked organization. Poor transitions between group members individual parts. Presentation lacked order and very difficult to follow.	Less than Poor or Missing 0
Teamwork/Participation	Excellent The group worked very well with each other and the presentation was shared equally among the group members.	Good The group worked well with each other and communicated well. Some members participated slightly more than others.	Fair Group communicated relatively well with a few lapses in the presentation; some students dominated the presentation and others did not participate much.	Poor Group did not work well together. There were obvious miscommunications and lapses in the presentation.	Less than Poor or Missing 0
Content, Research, Analysis Addressed Questions Accompanying the Assignment. This has extra value-- see point range in each cell.	Excellent Addressed all questions; significant research & analysis included. Length of presentation was appropriate to content. 7-8	Good Addressed most questions; some research & analysis included. Length of presentation was adequate, but some content was less than thorough. 5-6	Fair Addressed some questions; little research & analysis included. Length of presentation was noticeably short. 3-4	Poor Did not address questions; minimal research or analysis included. Presentation length did not cover minimal information. 1-2	Less than Poor or Missing 0
Presentation Style	Excellent Format was visually stimulating and well balanced. Content is not read word for word and is error free/easy to understand.	Good Format was clean and clear, but feels out of balance in terms of text or pictures. Presenters rely somewhat heavily on text. Some errors are present or slides are difficult to read.	Fair Format is only somewhat artfully arranged. Presenters mainly rely on what was written. Many errors are present or slides are difficult to read.	Poor Format is poorly arranged. Nothing is added orally that has not previously been written into the text. Editing/formatting errors seriously interfere with understanding of content.	Less than Poor or Missing 0
Works Cited Page	Excellent More than five scholarly sources are utilized. Formatting is error free and consistently applied.	Good Five scholarly sources are utilized. Formatting is generally error free, but some inconsistencies in the entries are noted.	Fair Fewer than five scholarly sources are utilized or .com sources are included. Formatting is inconsistent and many errors are present.	Poor Minimal sources are utilized or are not scholarly. Editing or formatting errors seriously interfere with the content of the Works Cited.	Less than Poor or Missing 0
